1. Our Guarantee

Therefore, we offer a straightforward, no-nonsense 7-day money-back guarantee for all new customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your viewing experience within the first week of your subscription, you are entitled to a full refund.
2. Conditions for Refund
To qualify for a refund under our 7-day guarantee, you must first contact our technical support team via WhatsApp or email. Many streaming issues, such as buffering or app misconfiguration, can be resolved within minutes. We ask that you allow our technicians a fair opportunity to troubleshoot and resolve the problem. If the issue persists and is verified to be on our end, the refund will be processed immediately.
3. Exceptions to the Policy
We cannot issue refunds for issues stemming from circumstances entirely outside our control. This includes, but is not limited to: insufficient local internet speeds (less than 15 Mbps for HD or 30 Mbps for 4K), restrictive traffic shaping by your Internet Service Provider (ISP), failure to use a recommended VPN when your ISP blocks IPTV traffic, or the use of outdated, unsupported hardware. Additionally, accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions (e.g., account sharing or restreaming) are ineligible for any refund.
4. Processing the Refund
Once a refund is approved by our management team, it will be processed and returned to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take between 3 to 10 business days for the funds to fully clear and appear in your account. We do not issue refunds via alternative methods (e.g., cryptocurrency or different bank accounts) to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
5. Post-7 Day Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your service after the initial 7-day period has elapsed, you are free to do so at any time. Because we do not use auto-renewing contracts, simply allowing your current subscription term to expire is sufficient. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partially used subscription periods (e.g., cancelling midway through a 6-month plan).
