1. Compliance with Copyright Laws

3. Actions Taken Upon Notification

Upon receipt of a fully compliant DMCA takedown notice, our administrative team will act swiftly to investigate. If the claim is verified, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material. Furthermore, we maintain a strict “repeat infringer” policy and will permanently terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly misuse our service to access or distribute copyrighted material illegally.

4. Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe that your access to certain material was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notice to our designated agent. The counter-notice must contain your physical or electronic signature, identification of the material that has been removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake, and your contact details. If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore access to the material within 10 to 14 business days, unless the original complainant files a court order against you.
